Eat Wings. Help Provide Clean Water.

Wings 4 Water started as an annual fundraiser and has grown into a community event featuring chicken wings, live music, and a mission that reaches far beyond Kansas City. Donations generated through the event have already helped provide clean water to an estimated 11,000 people.
And attending is simple: Come out for free and eat a wing from as many competitors as you want.
More than 50 competitors are expected this year, serving everything from classic Buffalo wings to chicken and waffle wings and plenty of creative recipes in between.
Don’t Miss Matt’s Korean Fried Chicken Wings
MRH Injury Law attorney Matt Meyerkord is getting in on the competition with:
Korean Fried Chicken Wings with Gochujang Sauce
Ultra-crispy fried chicken wings tossed in a sweet, savory, and sticky Korean chili glaze. Infused with fresh ginger, garlic, and mirin, then finished with a kick of heat.
This year’s event is also sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, with competitors vying for the KCBS/W4W Wing of the Year award.
Vote for Your Favorite Wings With Your Money
After sampling the wings, you can vote for your favorites by donating. Each competitor receives one vote for every dollar donated, with the money supporting Wings 4 Water’s mission to provide purified water to people in need around the world.
